In my mind I always think we must be your best customer. But recently when I was driving to work, I thought to myself that I actually have no idea who most of your other customers are, so how could I be the best? Then it occurred to me that I think that I’m your best customer, because that’s how I FEEL. Because that’s how the employees at CPL make me feel. Like we are the best, most important clients, all the time. That’s what I love about being partners with you. Things that make me feel that way: personal relationship with employees (Dave and Merilee feel like my family, but everyone else is great, too!), constant upkeep of the relationship, ALWAYS asking “How’s it going? Are we serving all your needs?” The answer is usually yes, but when it isn’t it feels like my partners at CPL will do whatever it takes to best meet whatever needs are not being met. I would say you are tied with Annette’s Chocolate as my favorite vendor to work with. Only a tie because you guys don’t let us charge chocolate to our account at the store downtown. Otherwise, you’d for sure win.
