Amanda joined Copper Peak in 2019, bringing years of wine industry experience along with her. In fact, Amanda started her career at the age of just 14 when she started her first job working in the call center at a winery in Sonoma. In her role as Account Executive, Amanda supports her clients with her expertise and commitment to outstanding service. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, attending baseball (go A’s!) and soccer games, traveling the world in search of art, great food and even better coffee.
Candy has a true zest for life and brings passion to everything she does. Her dedication to her work has driven her to master every position in our warehouse operations. If you’re looking for Candy, you’ll find her wherever help is needed most—whether it’s pulling orders, packing, special projects, or receiving. She thrives on teamwork, always eager to support and learn from her coworkers. She also takes immense pride in leading the Returns Department, ensuring that every return package at our Napa facility is processed with care and precision. Her commitment to her work and teammates makes her an essential part of CPL’s daily success.
That same passion extends to her personal life. Whether performing with her folklórico dance group, reading poetry, hiking in the mountains, or savoring a good tequila, Candy embraces every moment to the fullest.
Charena is lovingly known as “Mission Control” at Copper Peak. She has manned the phones and kept everyone in line since 2008. She is the resident gift card guru because of her stunning handwriting. Outside work, her kids keep her busy. With her 12 year old son Malik playing football and her 15 year old daughter as a high school cheerleader, she is the ultimate football Mom. But please, don’t tell her you’re not a Oregon Ducks fan. At one year old, her littlest daughter, Genesis, is already showing signs of an aspiring dancer– which Charena will gladly show you videos to prove.
Heidi is a dedicated and compassionate member of the CPL team, known for her ability to connect with people and understand what drives them. Her adaptability and quick learning make her an invaluable asset in crafting fulfillment solutions tailored to our winery partners’ needs. Passionate about relationship building, Heidi thrives in supporting our St. Louis Operations team, collaborating with winery partners, and fostering strong vendor relationships.
Beyond work, Heidi has a deep-rooted love for fastpitch softball, a sport she played at the collegiate level on a full-ride scholarship. With over a decade of coaching experience, she continues to stay active in the game, playing every summer. When she’s not on the field, Heidi enjoys golfing with her husband and son or spending Saturdays together at the hockey arena.

With the background of running one of the country’s largest wine clubs and call centers, Merilee brings to Copper Peak lots of real world experience and a genuine understanding of her client’s needs. With her expertise in direct to consumer wine shipping, she has helped countless wineries streamline and expand their direct to consumer business. She has seen much over the years and believes life is 10% what happens and 90% how we react to it. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Giants. She also keeps busy keeping up with a one-year-old Siberian Husky named Gonner.
For almost 10 years with the Copper Peak team, Miguel has been (and continues to be) an integral part of daily operations. He can be spotted in the warehouse driving the forklifts and other operating equipment, and he’s also our lead picker and is responsible for inventory control, order packing for club and daily orders, and even making sure our forklifts are in tip-top shape. Not only is he a jack of all trades in the warehouse, he’s also a jack of all trades on the farm where he lives. From raising livestock to most any general construction, he’s a great guy to have around. He also loves all sports and is particularly partial to the San Francisco Giants. Go Giants!!
Mike brings nearly a decade of wine industry experience to his role as Client Service Account Manager at Copper Peak. He’s a people person who loves meeting new clients and strengthening relationships through delivery of white glove service for our existing partnerships. When Mike is away from the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and traveling. He’s also a devoted dad to his two kids, Kai and Kaleb, and newly engaged fiance Nicole. Sushi is his favorite food.
Milton has been with Copper Peak Logistics since it began, providing oversight and guidance to the CPL teams in California and Missouri. Milton resides in St. Louis, but certainly enjoys his frequent trips to Napa and Sonoma wine country visiting clients and finding new wineries to explore. He says he doesn’t mind rooting for Cardinals baseball, but his heart lies with the St. Louis Blues hockey team. Milton also has roots in the South, as is evidenced by his food and drink preferences. He enjoys gardening, cooking, playing ice hockey, and taking long walks with his wife and labrador retriever Huntleigh. But what gives him the most pride is seeing his two grown sons flourish in their careers and expanding the family with grandchildren.
Scott has been with Copper Peak Logistics since the beginning in 2007, and has worked in global logistics since 1999.
Sharon is one of the longest tenured employees at Materialogic, with 35 years of service, and has been part of the CPL team since its inception. Her experience in Client Services and understanding of Warehouse Operations helped her make a smooth transition into the Corporate Services Accounting Dept. She works with all of the internal departments, so helping everyone comes very naturally, but she gets the most satisfaction out of assisting our clients when they have questions.
Outside of work, Sharon can be found crafting or connecting with her two grown children and their fast-paced lives. She loves spending time outdoors, camping with her husband. But she is at her happiest when she is spending time with her 2 beautiful granddaughters, watching them grow right before her eyes.
Silvino has been a part of the Copper Peak team since the very beginning. As the Production and Receiving Manager, he can be found “directing traffic” throughout the warehouse. A hands-on leader, he thrives on working alongside the production crew, ensuring every gift basket, custom kitting job, and club shipment receives the special touches that set CPL apart. His love for his work is contagious—you’ll often hear him singing and dancing to the music that keeps our team moving and grooving.
Outside of work, Silvino enjoys playing soccer and cooking outdoors with his beautiful wife, three kids, and grandchildren. When he’s not at home, he’s likely boarding a plane, ready to eat, drink, and, of course, sing and dance his way through different regions of Mexico.
Stacey started working for the Lane family when Copper Peak was just a twinkle in their eye. Being able to “hand craft” a company from the ground up, in an industry she cares deeply about, has been one of the best experiences of her life.
She thrives on the unique challenges wineries bring her way—whether it’s designing custom packaging, assembling intricate gift baskets, or finding creative solutions to complex logistics. But what she’s most proud of is the CPL team, who she truly considers family.
Outside of work, Stacey is always looking for an excuse to host a dinner party, crafting with her two incredible daughters, or eagerly awaiting happy hour with her husband, Jed. She’s happiest near the water and loves shell hunting at the beach or floating down the Russian River on a warm afternoon.
If it’s being shipped out of a Copper Peak location, Sue knows about it. Since 2014, she has been in charge of the company’s shipping operations. Sue knows every bottle that has been picked, packed, and shipped-and she knows which of her team members helped make it happen. Sue’s energy and willingness to step outside the box also includes rolling up her sleeves and cleaning, decorating, and landscaping, if that’s what is needed. When Sue’s not at work, she’s most likely enjoying a platter of fresh seafood, fishing, or doing both.
Since Vivi’s very first day back in 2017, she had a strong desire to learn every aspect of our operation at CPL. She has truly mastered every position within our warehouse, starting on the club line before quickly advancing through custom order packing and picking, the receiving department, and even taking over as the CPL van driver. Her dedication and versatility ultimately led her to the operations office, where she learned all the administrative functions that keep our operation running smoothly.
Today, Vivi’s comprehensive knowledge of our warehouse operations makes her an invaluable asset. She not only provides key administrative support to our operations management team but also leads our inventory management and custom order packing teams with expertise and efficiency.
Outside of work, Vivi enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and the true boss of the house—Toby, their American Cocker Spaniel. She’s often planning lively gatherings with her large extended family or mapping out her next trip to Mexico.
