As Director of Operations, Steve makes sure things run like a Swiss watch and that clients’ needs are being met. Affectionately known by his team as “master chef,” he faithfully brings in homemade dish after dish for his colleagues to sample and enjoy. Feeding his staff and equipping them with everything they need to meet clients’ needs are Steve’s top two priorities. He wants his coworkers, winery owners, industry colleagues and friends to know that any of them can contact him about anything, anytime. When he’s not at work, Steve fishes and enjoys the great outdoors anytime he can.
