Meet Gabriel Rodriguez, Operation Lead here at Copper Peak. Gabriel manages the second shift crew, ensuring that our operations run smoothly throughout the day until closing.

Gabriel is the type of person who “works hard, and unwinds harder.” In his role as Operation Lead, Gabriel is responsible for many aspects of the business:

• He ensures that everyone has what they need in their work areas for a productive and hassle-free workday.
• He also confirms that all outgoing packages are in the correct pick-up area for carriers, so that everything gets out the door at the end of the day.
• He assists in the receiving departments, and checks all products before entering them into inventory and arranging putaway.

On the weekends, Gabriel can be found playing FIFA on his PS4 (he is passionate about soccer) or kicking back with a cold one. If you want to make fast friends with Gabriel, just offer him a taste of your carne asada fries—or even better, fetch him a cold Modelo!

In short, Gabriel is no stranger to fun, and one of the things he likes about working here at Copper Peak is the fun atmosphere. “Everyone here is cool, and fun to work with. It’s a good work environment,” he says. And with Gabriel and his team helping us get all those packages out the door every evening, who are we to argue with that description?
