Miguel joined Copper Peak Logistics in 2010 and serves as an Operations Lead, overseeing the night crew and Receiving Department. When most of the building is quiet and the lights are low, Miguel is the one making sure the engine stays running. He’s the steady hand on the wheel after hours, keeping operations moving smoothly and the team locked in and on track.
What Miguel values most about working at CPL is the people. The camaraderie, the trust, and the family-style culture are what keep him coming back shift after shift. When everyone has each other’s backs, the work feels lighter, and the results speak for themselves.
Outside the warehouse, Miguel’s passion shifts gears. He loves hitting car shows and has a deep appreciation for classic cars, the craftsmanship, the details, the history under the hood. When it’s time to relax, you’ll likely find him enjoying Mexican food (enchiladas are the go-to), sipping a cold Modelo, and listening to rock and roll.
Ask his coworkers, and they’ll tell you Miguel is kind, reliable, and always willing to jump in when help is needed. Ask his friends, and they’ll tell you he knows how to have a good time. But if Miguel had to sum himself up in one simple truth, it would be this: he’s always ready to lend a hand, no matter the task.
