Mike serves as a Sr. Account Manager at Copper Peak, where he supports clients with everything related to Direct‑to‑Consumer and Direct‑to‑Trade shipping in the wine industry. His days are spent answering inquiries, guiding customers through logistics, and overseeing service requests to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. He’s known for being dedicated, reliable, and consistently going above and beyond — qualities his team depends on and appreciates. What he enjoys most about working at Copper Peak is the way everyone collaborates not just as a team, but as a family.
Outside of work, Mike loves being outdoors, traveling, discovering new restaurants, reading, and investing. Above all, he’s passionate about his role as a father and cherishes time with his wife, Nicole, their children — Kailahni, Kaleb, and Kameron — and their dog, Matcha. His favorite food is sushi, and he enjoys a good whiskey on the rocks while listening to Hip Hop, R&B, Country, or some classic oldies. Friends describe him as loyal, empathetic, and always there when needed, and the one thing he wants people to know about him is simple: he’s easygoing.
