When we opened the doors at Copper Peak Logistics back in 2007, we set out to build more than a logistics company for the wine industry. We set out to build a partnership driven logistics company rooted in precision, accountability, and long-term relationships.
What we’ve built over the past 19 years has been shaped in meaningful and lasting ways by the women of Copper Peak.
In an industry that has historically been male dominated, the women on our team have helped define who we are. They are our operators, leaders, problem solvers, partners, and the crafters of our company culture. They oversee inventory with meticulous attention to detail. They guide clients through complex compliance requirements. They manage teams, strengthen vendor partnerships, support our financial integrity, and ensure that every shipment reflects the high standards we hold ourselves to.
They do this not for recognition, but because excellence matters.
At Copper Peak, partnership has always been at the center of our work. We listen carefully. We respond thoughtfully. We think long term. Many of the values our clients appreciate most, collaboration, communication, steadiness under pressure, are lived out daily by the women across our organization.
From leadership roles to warehouse operations, from client services to behind-the-scenes systems management, their wine industry impact is both visible and foundational.
Throughout March, in celebration of Women’s History Month, we will be highlighting the women who help move Copper Peak forward every day. We’ll share how they help shape our company culture, the impact they have on our winery partners, and how they are always striving to make our company stronger.
This series is not simply about recognition. It’s about gratitude. It’s about honoring the wine industry professionals who have helped shape our culture and raise our standards.
