As Warehouse Manager for Copper Peak’s St. Louis location, Heidi oversees daily orders and clubs, manages inventory, handles payroll and training, and keeps the building running smoothly. She’s also out on the floor with her team every day, jumping in wherever she’s needed, be it picking, packing, shipping, and leading by example. Before joining CPL, she actually managed the CPL account while working at Materialogic, including club orders, giving her a unique full‑circle perspective on the work she does today.
Outside of work, she’s a former fast‑pitch softball athlete who earned a full‑ride scholarship and still enjoys playing and coaching. She loves watching her son play hockey (and cheering on the Blues), reading, and spending time with her family. Her coworkers describe her as generous, thoughtful, and great to work with, while her friends would add funny, athletic, and family‑oriented. What she loves most about Copper Peak is the amazing team she gets to work with every day. Above all, she wants people to know that she will always stand behind her team and do everything she can to support their growth and happiness.
