Katiria “Kay” Rodriguez is our Outbound Logistics Manager here at Copper Peak. Her role is integral to the success of our clients, and she’s been performing her job on our team with style since 2007! Fondly known as “Miss Kay” around the office, she is constantly busy finding ways to provide great service to our clients. For Kay, Copper Peak Logistics isn’t just a team—we’re a family.

Kay is a proud mom to two daughters, Destany and Marriah, who keep her young…and broke! She loves cheering them on at their sporting events and simply spending time together. 

Kay’s passion for wine extends beyond her role at Copper Peak. She spends many weekends helping out a friend’s business by leading wine tours across the Napa region. She enjoys the opportunity it gives her to meet new people and experience new wineries, all while enjoying breathtaking views. 

When she isn’t cheering on her daughters or out wine tasting, Kay enjoys hunting bargains while shoe shopping and savoring Puerto Rican food.
